The Three Habits of Happiness: meditations for a calm, compassionate, and courageous mind
When we feel out of control, it’s often because we’re trying to control the wrong things. When we feel unhappy, it’s often because we’re seeking happiness in the wrong place. And when we feel overwhelmed, it’s often because we’re overlooking our natural capacity for strength and resilience.
In Buddhist meditation, we learn to discover all of these qualities within and how, by stilling the mind and creating space, we can access a rich inner resource of calm, compassion, and courage.

Break: 11:15-11:30am (15min break)
Session 2: 11:30am-12:15pm -Guided Meditation
*Brunch with an informal Q&A: 12:15pm-1pm
