About This Event

In this silent retreat, we will learn a practical method: subtle mind meditation for feeling centered in the heart- so that peace and joy are always experienced, and we can see how our stress, fear, and anxiety will naturally dissolve away over time through this meditation practice. 

Enjoy periods of silence between sessions, along with light refreshments/snacks and the option to relax at the Center in our backyard or meditation space.

What to expect on the day

  • Simple guided meditations
  • Brief teachings about the meditations
  • Silent breaks for tea, contemplation, or reading
  • Opportunity for Q & A and discussion at the end
  • No experience necessary; everyone is welcome

Session 1: 10:00 โ€“ 11:00am

Break: 11 โ€“ 11:20 (20min)

Session 2: 11:20 โ€“ 12:00pm

Break: 12 โ€“ 12:15pm (15min)

Session 3: 12:15 โ€“ 1pm (with Q & A)

Minimum age is 17. Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditation practitioners.
